王曉昌
愛思唯爾期刊《水工藝工程雜志》（Journal of Water Process Engineering）共同主编。他的研究领域主要涵盖水和废水处理、水再生回用与资源回收，尤其是生物与物化处理、膜分离组合技术等。根据Scopus数据，他发表了550多篇科技文献，总引用次数超过11000，h指数为51。在国内，他曾任国务院学科评议组成员、国家自然科学基金委专家咨询委员会委员等重要学术职务。国际上，他目前出任国际水协会理事、国际水协会未来城市国际研究院院长、國際可持續水論壇組織首席技术官。2019年被任命为英国埃克塞特大学名誉教授，并经英国皇家工程院推荐，入选英国杰出人才计划。
Xiaochang Wang
Co-Editor in Chief of Journal of Water Process Engineering (Elsevier). His research field covers water/wastewater treatment, water reuse and resource recovery, especially through hybrid systems combining biological and physicochemical processes, and membrane technologies. He has over 550 publications indexed by Scopus, with total citation > 11000 and h-index = 51. In China, he held a number of national academic positions, such as member of the Disciplinary Evaluation Group of the State Council, and NSFC Expert Advisory Committee. Internationally, he is now serving the International Water Association (IWA) in the Board of Directors, IWA CoF Research Centre (Xi’an) as the Director, and the International Forum of Water Sustainability as the Chief Technology Officer. In 2019, he was appointed Honorary Professor, University of Exeter, and endorsed the qualification of Exceptional Talent through the recommendation of Royal Academy of Engineering, UK.

《水工藝工程雜志》（Journal of Water Process Engineering）旨在为水和废水处理的可持续工艺工程相关的高影响力研究成果的出版提供具有世界领先水平的国际论坛。该期刊以水处理工艺工程为特色，侧重于水和废水处理的各种适用工艺过程的设计、操作、控制、模拟、优化和强化，包括物理化学处理工艺工程、生物与生态处理工艺工程、膜处理工艺工程、工艺过程模拟与优化等多个技术领域。期刊于2014年创刊，影响因子从2018年的3.1增长2022年的7.0，是Elsevier期刊中影响力上升最快的期刊之一，目前位列水资源类、工程化学类SCI期刊JCR Q1区，环境工程类SCI期刊JCR Q2区。
The Journal of Water Process Engineering (JWPE) aims to be the premier international forum for the publication of world leading, high impact research on the sustainable engineering of water and wastewater treatment processes. JWPE focuses on the design, operation, control, modelling, optimization and intensification of various applicable processes for water treatment, including physicochemical process engineering, biological & ecological process engineering, membrane process engineering, process modelling & optimization. JWPE was founded in 2014 and its impact factor rises from 3.1 in 2018 to 7.0 in 2022, and currently ranks JCR Q1 for Water Resources, Engineering and Chemical SCI Journals, and JCR Q2 for Engineering and Environmental SCI Journals.
